Getting Started
How do I create a LiteLinks page?
Sign up for a free account, choose a username, and start adding links. Your page is live instantly at litelinks.com/yourname.
Is LiteLinks free?
Yes! The free plan includes up to 5 links, a selection of themes and fonts, and a shareable public page. Paid plans unlock unlimited links, advanced customization, and analytics.
Can I change my username later?
Not currently — your username is permanent once chosen. Pick carefully! We may add the ability to change it in the future.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and scroll to the bottom. You'll find a "Delete Account" option. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Features
What link types does LiteLinks support?
Basic URL links are available on all plans. Lite plans add rich embeds for YouTube and Spotify. Pro plans unlock contact cards, email collectors, and file downloads.
Can I customize the look of my page?
Absolutely. Choose from multiple themes, background patterns, fonts, and button styles. Lite plans support custom colors, and Pro plans add custom CSS for full control.
Do you support custom domains?
Yes — Pro plan users can connect their own domain to their LiteLinks page. Set up is done through your dashboard under Settings > Custom Domain.
What are Smart Links?
Smart Links let you route visitors to different URLs based on their device, country, or time of day. For example, you could send iPhone users to the App Store and Android users to Google Play — all from a single link.
Billing & Plans
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. You can switch between Lite and Pro plans at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no hassle.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
What is the referral program?
Share your referral link with friends. When someone signs up using your link, both of you get 3 days of free Lite access. Reach milestones for even bigger bonuses.
Privacy & Safety
Does LiteLinks track my visitors?
We provide analytics (page views, link clicks, and more) for Pro users, but we don't add third-party tracking scripts to your public page. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I report an abusive page?
Use our Report a Violation form. Provide the page URL or username and select a reason. We review every report and take action within 48 hours.
How do I manage cookie preferences?
Click "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of any page to reopen the cookie consent banner and adjust your settings.
