Link in Bio for Etsy Sellers: Turn Followers Into Orders

If you sell on Etsy or run a small handmade shop, social media is where people discover your work. The link in your bio is where they decide to buy. A link page lets you send them to the right listing instead of making them search your whole shop.

Link to products, not just the shop

One "Shop" link makes people browse. A link to a specific product makes them buy. A good order:

  1. The newest or best-selling item, linked straight to its listing
  2. A collection or section, such as "Ceramic mugs" or "Wedding gifts"
  3. The full shop, for people who want to browse
Name each one so people know what they'll see: "New: speckled blue mug, 6 left" beats "Etsy".

Match the post

If your latest post shows the speckled blue mug, the first link on your page should be the speckled blue mug. People who arrive from a post want that one item. If they can't find it in a second, many leave.

Show your work

Handmade products sell on photos. A small gallery of product shots on your page lets visitors see your style before they tap through. Image galleries are on the LiteLinks Lite plan, and free accounts can choose them as their one unlocked embed type.

Use discount codes

A code can turn "maybe later" into an order:

  • A welcome code for first orders
  • A code for your followers or newsletter subscribers
  • A short code for a seasonal sale
LiteLinks Pro has a discount-code link: visitors tap to reveal the code, copy it in one tap and can jump straight to your shop. Create the code in your shop first and check it works before you post it.

Plan for drops and seasons

  • New collection: put a countdown at the top, then swap it for the collection link at launch.
  • Gift season: add "Order by [date] for delivery before [holiday]" with your shop's real cutoff dates.
  • Sold out: remove the item or label it clearly, and link to a restock waitlist if you have one.
On Pro, scheduled links can appear and disappear on their own.

Beyond Etsy

Many sellers have more than one place to buy. A link page holds all of them: your Etsy shop, your own site, craft markets you'll be at, custom orders. Put the place you most want people to buy from first.

Packaging and market stalls

Print a QR code on your packaging inserts, business cards and market signs. It brings repeat customers back to your page. With LiteLinks Pro, each code counts its own scans, so you can see whether the packaging insert or the market sign works better.

Check what sells

Look at which product links get tapped most and lead with them. Add UTM parameters to links that go to your own site to see which taps turn into orders.
